Wholesale Quartz Countertops is a family-owned Arizona business committed to honesty, transparency, and doing things the right way. The policies below ensure clarity, safety, and fairness for all customers purchasing quartz slabs and building materials from our Tempe warehouse.

1. Return Policy

All Sales Are Final
All quartz slabs, prefab tops, tiles, and materials are final sale. Due to the nature of stone products—weight, fragility, and custom selection—we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect measurements or ordering errors

  • Veining, shading, or natural pattern variations

  • Excess material

  • Fabrication or installation errors

  • Delivery refusal by a fabricator

We encourage customers to view slabs in person or request additional photos prior to purchase.

Defective or Damaged Material
If material is defective or damaged before delivery or at time of delivery to a fabrication shop, we will assist promptly.

To qualify:

  1. Report issues immediately upon delivery or within 24 hours.

  2. Send clear photos and order details to support@wholesalequartzcountertops.com.

  3. Material must be uncut and unaltered.

  4. Damage occurring during customer transport, fabrication, or installation is not covered.

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement slab (based on availability), or

  • Store credit equal to the slab value

Refunds are only issued when legally required.

Manufacturer Warranties
All name-brand slabs (including MSI) include the manufacturer’s warranty covering material defects only.
Fabrication, installation, transportation, or handling issues are not covered.

2. Refund Policy

Because all sales are final:

  • Refunds are not provided except for verified defective products prior to delivery.

  • Delivery fees, deposits, special-order items, and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Approved refunds may be issued as store credit or original payment method depending on legal requirements.

We review every situation thoroughly and always aim to treat customers fairly.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Area
We offer delivery within 75 miles of Phoenix to professional fabrication shops only.
We do not deliver quartz slabs to residential addresses.

Delivery Requirements
Fabrication shops must have proper equipment and staff to safely accept slabs (A-frames, forklift, or experienced crew).
A responsible party must be present to sign for the delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed due to equipment or personnel issues, a redelivery fee may apply.

Inspection on Delivery
All material must be visually inspected by the receiving party at the time of delivery.
Any concerns must be reported before the driver leaves or within 24 hours with photo documentation.

Possible Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Weather, traffic, or supplier delays may occur. We communicate openly and always work to resolve issues quickly.
