Wholesale Quartz Countertops is a family-owned Arizona business committed to safe, transparent, and reliable delivery of quartz slabs and materials. Please review the following guidelines before placing an order.

Delivery Area

We deliver within 75 miles of Phoenix, AZ.
All quartz slab deliveries go to professional fabrication shops only.
We do not deliver to residential homes.

Delivery Requirements

Fabrication shops must have:

  • Proper equipment (A-frame, forklift, or experienced crew)

  • Space and access for delivery

  • A person on-site to receive and inspect materials

If delivery cannot be completed due to equipment, access, or no one present, a redelivery fee may apply.

Scheduling

Delivery windows are estimated and may vary based on route, weather, and traffic.
We communicate clearly and aim to deliver as quickly and safely as possible.

Inspection on Delivery

All materials must be inspected at time of delivery.

Report any damage or defects:

Once slabs are accepted, moved, cut, or altered, they are considered in good condition.

Material Condition

Minor variations in shade, pattern, or veining are normal and not considered defects.
We are not responsible for damage during customer transport, fabrication, or installation.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees depend on distance and number of slabs and are non-refundable.

Delays

Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or supplier timing. If a delivery must be rescheduled due to customer/fabricator issues, a redelivery charge may apply.
